2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. How long does delivery take?
For UK orders, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. International shipping may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure online payments.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?

6. Are the lamps compatible with my country’s voltage?
Most of our lamps are designed for standard UK/EU voltage (220–240V). If you are purchasing from outside Europe, please check compatibility or use a suitable adapter.
7. Do the lamps come with bulbs included?
Some of our lamps include bulbs, while others allow you to choose your own style (LED, vintage filament, smart bulbs, etc.). Product details will specify what is included.
